How it Works

The steps to achieving your leadership potential

1. Assessment

From our prior experience in HR, it became apparent that the typical industry approach to executive coaching disregarded the long-term goals and unique needs of individual companies too often.

We’ll work with the individual and the organization to determine what leadership techniques are ideal for their role and the competencies that need to be strengthened. 

2. Action Plan

Next, we’ll develop an individualized actionable plan to elevate the effectiveness of their leadership role. Once we have goals in place, the coach will mentor the individual through the process of reaching them. 

By providing constructive feedback, individual support, and tracking progress, leaders will know exactly what they are working towards and how to confidently advance themselves in the right direction. 

3. Execution & Evaluation

Throughout their progress, the leader will receive coaching and mentorship to stay on track toward the objectives and goals set for them in the action plan.

Once the action plan is complete, the coach and individual will evaluate the progress made and improved effectiveness in their leadership role.
